Training \& Development Officer \- Carpentry, Joinery \& Property Maintenance
Calderdale College is seeking a dedicated Training \& Development Officer to design and deliver high\-quality learning programmes for apprentices, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and progression.
This role combines both workplace and college\-based training, equipping apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
As a key contributor to apprenticeship development, you will:
- Oversee apprenticeship standards through the Aptem Apprenticeship Digital System (AADS), ensuring structured and engaging delivery.
- Support apprentices from onboarding to completion, ensuring timely and compliant enrolment onto programmes.
- Monitor and track progress, attainment, and engagement to drive successful outcomes.
