About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior CAD CAM Designer to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer with expertise in full arch restorations and digital workflows. You will play a key role in designing high\-quality restorations, working closely with clinicians and technicians to deliver exceptional functional and aesthetic outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design full arch restorations, implant\-supported prosthetics, crowns, bridges, and other dental restorations.
- Create accurate digital designs using CAD CAM software including Exocad and/or 3Shape.
- Collaborate with dentists, treatment coordinators, and laboratory technicians throughout the design process.
- Review scans and clinical information to ensure optimal restoration design.
- Support and guide junior team members where required.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Stay current with advancements in digital dentistry and CAD CAM technologies.
- Proven experience designing full arch restorations.
- Strong proficiency in multiple CAD CAM platforms, particularly Exocad and 3Shape.
- Excellent understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
Requirements
- GDC registration is essential.
- Qualification in Dental Technology or equivalent.
- Relevant industry experience in a dental laboratory environment.
