Dental Laboratory Administrator

Due to successful growth, we now have an opportunity for an experienced dental lab administrator to join our admin teams at our Blackfriars branch.
Candidates will have excellent customer service skills and, ideally, experience within a dental environment. They will be required to work on a full\-time basis, and their hours will include some evening work. We'd like you to be client\-focused, provide high\-quality standards and be a key team player.
We produce custom made Private dental devices and work with dentists.
Banning Dental Lab is looking for an individual with dental knowledge to join the office administrative team for our Implant department. This position is ideal for someone who has theoretical dental knowledge and or experience as a dental technician but would like to be to office\-based.
This position will broaden your knowledge of the day\-to\-day cases and the steps each case goes through, from the initial impressions to the finished product.
Role:
- Open and check cases upon arrival (Digitally).
- Discuss and problem\-solve cases with the dentists.
- Communicate with dental surgeries regarding their patient appointment dates.
- Administer prescriptions into our computer system (If received physical impression).
- Managing the cases to ensure that they are finished on time and post them out to the clients.
- Communicating and following up with members of the team for cases to ensure that they are on track
- Sending orders to milling machine or 3d printer for production
- Invoice completed cases.
\- Experience or qualification within dentistry or MSc level is preferred (biology qualifications will also be considered)
A\-Have excellent spoken and written English.
B\- Have at least basic IT and Microsoft skills.
C\- Have great attention to detail.
D\- Be a motivated quick learner.
E\-Able to work independently and within a team.
D\- Be in London or able to relocate to London quickly and easily.
20 days holiday (\+bank holidays)
Successful candidates will be offered an initial interview via zoom, followed by a trial days.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Dental: 1 year (preffered)
- English (required)
Pay: Up to £25,000\.00 per year
