What is Freedom?

We plan stag and hen parties across the UK for a living. Thousands of groups every year trust us to help them organise the greatest weekend of someone's life. It turns out people really, really want help with this. Who knew.

We're based in Mullingar — yes, Ireland — and we sell into the UK market daily. One of Europe's largest events markets, millions of people planning big occasions, and they all need someone on the other end of the phone who actually knows what they're doing. That's where you come in.

We're part of a group of companies that is growing at a pace that is frankly a little alarming. 100 people across multiple brands and counting. New offices. New markets. New problems for us to figure out as we go. It's a good time to get in.

Who We're Looking For

Not you, if any of the following apply:

• You think "sales" means pestering strangers who don't want to hear from you. Our clients contact us first. You're the helpful one in this situation.


• You need someone to remind you to do things. Repeatedly.


• You describe yourself as a "people person" in interviews but can't hold a conversation for more than thirty seconds without checking your phone.


• You need a guaranteed €60k salary to consider getting out of bed. We have a competitive base plus uncapped commission. The uncapped bit is where the interesting money lives.

• You're confident on the phone and genuinely enjoy talking to people. UK clients, daily. This is the entire job.


• You're competitive in a way that motivates you rather than making you insufferable


• You want to build something over time, not just collect a payslip


• You're fully fluent in English, written and spoken. Non\-negotiable.


• You can get yourself to Mullingar Monday to Friday without it becoming a weekly crisis

• Taking warm inbound enquiries from groups planning stag and hen parties across the UK and turning them into confirmed bookings


• Managing everything from the first call to the final confirmation. The full sales cycle. Yours to own.


• Tailoring packages to what each group actually wants rather than what's easiest to sell


• Building the kind of relationships where clients come back because you were that good


• Hitting targets. Missing them occasionally. Hitting them again. This is sales.


• Keeping an eye on what's happening in the UK events market so you're always one step ahead

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. We'll say it again. Uncapped. The ceiling is yours to find.


• A real career path. We're growing into new markets, new offices, new everything. The people who perform now are the ones who lead later.


• Monthly coaching and training that is genuinely useful and not just a box we tick


• Hybrid working is on the table. After an initial period in the office where we get to know each other first. It's not you, it's us.
