Sales Executive | Hen Parties & Events | Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
We make unforgettable nights happen. You could help make them happen even more often.
At Henit.ie, we’re in the business of making sure people have something very important to look forward to.
Hen parties. Gigs. Festivals. Big nights out. Questionable dance moves. The occasional "we'll just have one" that somehow becomes six.
We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Someone who wants to get good at sales, build relationships, learn the events industry, driven and well motivated, has hunger for growth... and earn while doing so.
So, what will you actually be doing?
As a Sales Event Executive, you'll be one of the people helping bring more great events onto our platform.
You'll speak with event organisers, promoters, venues and businesses across Ireland. Helping them sell more tickets, solve problems, improve their events and ultimately get more people through the door.
You'll build relationships, spot opportunities, follow up relentlessly (politely, of course), and help grow Henit.ie and our wider events business.
It's fast\-paced, people\-focused and definitely not a role where every day looks the same.
We don't expect you to know everything.
In fact, we'd rather you be hungry to learn than arrive thinking you've already mastered the game.
We're looking for someone who:
- Wants to build a genuine career in sales, events, partnerships or ticketing
- Is naturally good with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
- Can negotiate, persuade and actively listen to the clients' needs/wants
- Enjoys solving problems rather than immediately declaring, *"That's not possible."*
- Grabs opportunities when they see them and has ideas and isn't afraid to say them out loud
- Can work towards targets without needing someone standing behind them with a stopwatch
- Is competitive and enjoys the satisfaction of beating a number
- Committed and does what they say they're going to do.
- Can hold a conversations and is engaging. Communicates clearly, whether that's on the phone, over email or face\-to\-face
- Brings good energy to the team
- Is comfortable in a fast\-moving environment where things can change quickly
- Has a genuine interest in events, nightlife, entertainment, culture and people having a good time
What you'll be responsible for
- Finding and developing new business opportunities across Ireland's live events and entertainment industry
- Building relationships with event organisers, promoters and venues
- Understanding what clients actually need and helping them get there
- Advising clients on ticketing, pricing and promotional strategies
- Calls, Emails, and other forms of communication: Following up on opportunities and keeping your pipeline moving
- Hitting — and ideally beating — your individual and team targets
- Keeping your CRM up to date
- Working closely with marketing, support and tech to make sure clients have a great experience
- Keeping an eye on what's happening in the events industry and spotting new opportunities
- Bringing ideas to the table about new event formats, partnerships and ways we can grow
- Looking after clients from the first conversation right through to after the event
What's in it for you?
- Competitive Base Salary \+ uncapped commission
- A proper career path
- We're hiring 100 people across multiple brands, which is why you've probably noticed we're taking over Indeed at the moment.
- As we grow, there will be opportunities to move into senior sales, partnerships, account management, leadership and other roles across the group.
- Travel, Yes, actual travel. There will be opportunities for staff to travel to places including Dubai, Cape Town and Asia as the business grows.
- Training \& development. You'll get regular training, coaching and opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
If you're looking for a place where you can learn sales, work with exciting events, build relationships, earn uncapped commission and potentially grow into a much bigger role as the company scales, we'd love to hear from you.
Come help us put more people on dance floors, at gigs, in venues and celebrating something worth celebrating.
And yes — we're serious about the 100 hires.
