Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stunning Regina's Bar and Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, culinary experience, and a passion for hospitality. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team, ensuring high standards of service and food safety are maintained at all times.

Fine Dining experience is a plus.

Minimum 2 years restaurant management is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.


• Oversee staff training in food safety practices, cooking techniques, and guest service excellence.


• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.


• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry, fine dining preferred.


• Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.


• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
