About Us

Expectations UK is a dedicated provider of housing and support services for individuals experiencing homelessness. We work with local authorities and partner agencies to deliver safe accommodation, assist with housing benefit claims, and help clients move toward independent living.

The Role

The Corporate Services Administration Officer provides day\-to\-day administrative support across six areas: governance and board support, internal finance, HR administration, provider contract support, CEO office support, and corporate estates. You report to the Corporate Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare board and committee meeting packs: printing, collating, and distributing papers.

  • Take draft minutes and maintain the governance filing system.

  • Process supplier invoices and manage the petty cash float: logging all payments accurately.

  • Assist with the monthly financial data packs and process staff expense claims

  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately

  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • A compassionate and professional approach when working with vulnerable individuals.
