Regional Sales Director
Location in either: Shoreham by Sea, Birmingham, or France
This Regional Sales Director for the UK \& Europe is newly created to be a key role in a global platform of companies focused on technologies that measure, monitor, and protect the environment and critical industrial infrastructure.
The Role
This Regional Sales Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for revenue delivery, pipeline generation, major deal leadership, and team performance. It combines both hands\-on selling with strong leadership of BDMs and distributors, requiring forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and strong executive communication with the CCO, being the operational translation between commercial strategy and front line sales across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation \& Deal Execution, personally generates pipeline and lead opportunities, leads strategy on RFQ’s and tenders, coordinating cross functional teams to ensure revenue
- Revenue \& Forecasting, building and delivering commercial plans, identifying revenue risks, providing forecasts
- Team \& Channel Leadership, setting performance expectations and ensure CRM adherence, coaches the team through complex commercial strategies and conducts structured reviews
- Account \& Channel Strategy, owns relationships with key accounts, manages distributor performance and business reviews, developing Tier 1 accounts and strategies, identifying gaps and rectifying these
- Commercial Strategy \& Reporting, providing structured commercial reporting, contributing to pricing, territory and product strategy, providing the CCO with information on UK/EU markets
- CRM \& Data Integrity, using this as the single source for forecasting and coaching, ensuring accuracy and data quality
- Strong commercial background in industrial sales or technical markets, proven leadership of a team and distributors, as well as being a high achieving sales person, leading complex projects.
- Have an established network in UK/EU hazardous area/Ex equipment industrial markets (energy, terminals, chemicals, water, hazardous\-area industries).
- Proven experience in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM\-driven sales operations, along with strong financial acumen
- Excellent executive\-level communication skills.
- Willing to travel regularly

Pay: £80,000\.00\-£110,000\.00 per year
