What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing your own temporary Early Years desk


• Building strong, long\-term relationships with nurseries and staff


• Filling bookings


• Sourcing, screening and placing Early Years professionals


• Ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are always met


• Working closely with payroll and compliance teams


• Spotting and converting new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Early Years or Education Recruitment


• A real understanding of the challenges and pressures nurseries face


• Fast\-paced, energetic and able to thrive under pressure


• Someone who cares about quality — not just KPIs


• A natural communicator, both on the phone and face\-to\-face


• Strong attention to detail (especially when it comes to compliance)
