We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person\-centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person\-centred care


• Provide hands\-on care and build meaningful connections with residents


• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership


• Support training and development for colleagues


• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health \& Social Care (essential)


• Are compassionate, professional, and proactive


• Have confidence to lead by example
