The position is based in our office in Chatham, Kent, UK.

Abour the Role:

As an RMA Handler, you will be responsible for supporting the repair and return process for Icomera products and components. You will diagnose faults, complete repairs and testing activities, and ensure all repair records are accurately maintained within company systems.

Working closely with the Supply Chain, Engineering, Support and Supplier teams, you will help ensure repairs are completed efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve product reliability and repair processes. This role combines technical troubleshooting, administration and logistics coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast\-paced environment. It would suit someone with an interest in electronics, technical products or equipment repair who enjoys identifying and resolving faults.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair and test a variety of products and components.

  • Follow established repair procedures and quality standards.

  • Record and maintain repair activities within company systems.

  • Process repair transactions within SAP and other internal tools.

  • Monitor repair statistics and identify recurring faults and trends.

  • Provide feedback to support product and process improvements.

  • Liaise with external suppliers regarding third\-party repairs.

  • Support logistics activities, including returns, deliveries, and stocktaking.

  • Assist the wider Global Supply Chain team with administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain calibration records for repair tools and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.

  • Interest in technical equipment, electronics, or repair activities.

  • Methodical approach to work and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
Desirable:
  • Experience in a repair, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.

  • Basic understanding of electronics or technical products.

  • Experience analysing data and producing reports.
