Midweight Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented Mid\-weight Graphic Designer to join our team. About the role
No two weeks are the same at Pillory Barn. One day you could be developing a new brand identity, the next designing a website interface, creating campaign assets, producing large\-format graphics, or helping bring a client's vision to life across multiple channels. You'll work closely with our creative, content, PR and digital teams, contributing ideas from concept through to final delivery.
What you’ll do
- Deliver design projects from brief and concept through to artwork and production.
- Create brand identities, campaign assets and marketing materials across digital and print.
- Design for websites, social media, presentations, exhibitions, signage and large\-format applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative solutions that achieve client objectives.
- Present ideas confidently and professionally to clients.
- Prepare accurate, production\-ready artwork for a range of outputs.
- Maintain organised file management and version control.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and creative workshops.
- 3–5\+ years' experience within an agency or similar creative environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of artwork production for both print and digital media.
- Knowledge of web design principles and user experience fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Animation or motion design.
- Illustration.
- Photography or videography.
- Copywriting or content creation experience.
