We’re looking for friendly, proactive Registered General Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person\-centred care, lead Health Care Assistants, and help create a warm, homely environment for everyone in the home.

Your Role

• Deliver hands\-on nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs


• Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants


• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations


• Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care


• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold a valid NMC registration


• Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting


• Are kind, professional, and proactive


• Have strong leadership and communication skills
