Paid Media Manager
A well\-established and growing digital agency based in Birmingham is looking for a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to join their busy, client\-focused team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the paid media department, working across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors. The successful candidate will be a detail\-obsessed, commercially minded digital professional who thrives in a fast\-paced agency environment.
THE ROLE
The Paid Media Manager will serve as the go\-to expert for both colleagues and clients, managing multiple accounts with meticulous attention to detail. They will keep the agency ahead of the curve on industry trends and innovations, while ensuring all client campaigns are executed to the highest standard. No task is too big or too small — this person goes the extra mile as a matter of course.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·
Manage multiple paid media accounts across a range of sectors and industries·
Set up, manage and optimise digital advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing and Programmatic·
Monitor client accounts daily, tracking performance and flagging concerns proactively·
Support the Paid Media Director with media planning and ad content strategies·
Produce clear weekly and monthly client reports detailing learnings, recommendations and KPI delivery·
Use tools including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and GTM to monitor and analyse activity·
Monitor competitor activity and surface challenges and opportunities for clients·
Stay current with digital trends and share knowledge across the agency and with clients· Support senior stakeholders with research and data for new business pitches·
Attend client calls and meetings, producing accurate contact reports and minutes·
Contribute thought leadership content for the agency's social media channels·
Commit to a minimum of 2 days per week in the Birmingham office

EXPERIENCE \& QUALIFICATIONS·
Degree\-level education or equivalent qualification in media or digital marketing·
2–5 years' experience in a paid media role, either agency\-side or in\-house·
Strong working knowledge of paid channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Bing and Programmatic·
Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM and Datastudio·
Proven ability to implement tracking and set up campaigns end\-to\-end
Pay: £33,000\.00\-£38,000\.00 per year
