Location: West Horndon Depot (Brentwood)
Salary: From £28,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility required for holiday and sickness cover)

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator/Admin to join our Logistics team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a busy traffic office who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment and has excellent administrative and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate customer records and databases.
- Input and manage data within the Transport Management System.
- Handle incoming customer queries via telephone and email.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure timely responses.
- Carry out general administrative and ad hoc duties.
- Ensure driver records are accurate and up to date.
- Wage preparation for drivers
- Prepare customer monthly presentations.
- Support the management of driver compliance, including tachographs, drivers’ hours, health and safety, and accident reporting.
- Raise subcontractor requests and obtain relevant authorisations where required.
- Provide cover for colleagues when necessary to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- KPI recording
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within a busy traffic office.
- Strong administration and data entry skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work accurately in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, overtime, and occasional weekend cover.
- Work safely at all times and promote a safe working environment.
- Comply with all Quest Medical Health \& Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional standard of attendance, punctuality, and appearance.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
- Represent Quest Medical professionally at all times.

The role will primarily be based at our West Horndon Depot, although occasional travel to other company or client sites may be required.
