Technical Sales Support

EC Hopkins are a well established specialist tool and equipment supplier. Supplying into the construction, utility plus oil and gas industries as well as fabrication companies. We have a wide product range of quality products from large manufacturers such as Stanley and Husqvarna through to smaller specialist companies such as Hycon, Fein, Spitznas and others.

We are looking for an Technical Sales Support individual to join our growing team based at our premises in Woodgate Valley, Nr Quinton / Halesowen.

The ideal candidate will be a self\-motivated individual, who can manage their own time and work load, yet be a team player that can work alongside their manager to deliver great results.

Key Responsibilities as Technical Sales Support

  • Responding to telephone, email and website enquires.

  • Taking sales orders via telephone and email.

  • Helping customers with technical questions regarding the products.

  • Sale order processing of online, email and telephone orders.

  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system.

  • Updating website information.

  • Comfortable working independently or confident collaborating with others to get the job done.

  • Ability to be flexible on responsibilities as part of a small team.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£31,000\.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
  • Technical sales: 1 year (required)

  • B2B sales: 1 year (required)
