As an Internal Sales \& Estimating Executive, your mission is to deliver outstanding service to customers, ensuring they return time and time again. By providing accurate quotes, expert advice, and seamless order processing, you'll help maximise sales opportunities and grow Forza’s presence in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Accurately assess and prepare quotations, ensuring timely responses.
- Process and amend sales orders efficiently.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on Forza products.
- Liaise with production, external sales, and other key departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage order amendments and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Become proficient in HubSpot CRM and Sage 200 for order tracking and reporting.
- Support the Regional Sales Managers with quotes, projects, and client updates.
- Stay up to date with Forza’s product range and applications.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Commercial Director.
- Maintain a positive, solution\-oriented approach to teamwork and workload sharing.
- Previous experience in an internal sales, estimating, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and ERP software (Sage 200 is a plus).
- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or technical sales environment is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Confidence in handling technical product information.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a customer\-first mindset.
