GoExploreWith is a creator\-led travel division and looking for someone ambitious to help build it from the ground up.
The idea is simple: creators bring the audience, we handle the travel.
You’ll be responsible for finding and signing influencers, creators, athletes, podcasters and community leaders who want to launch and host their own unique group trips — from ski weeks and golf trips to food tours, wellness retreats and once\-in\-a\-lifetime adventures.
What You’ll Do
- Find high\-potential creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts and online communities.
- Reach out, pitch the opportunity and get them excited about launching their own trip.
- Qualify creators based on engagement, audience quality and sales potential.
- Work with our travel team to match creators with the right destinations and experiences.
- Help creators launch, promote and sell their trips.
- Build long\-term relationships with successful creators and help them launch again.
- Highly confident and proactive.
- Great at sales, partnerships or business development.
- Comfortable reaching out cold and starting conversations.
- Commercially minded and motivated by targets.
- Interested in social media, creators and travel.
- Able to spot promising creators before everyone else does.
- Experience in influencer marketing, recruitment, sales, partnerships, travel or the creator economy would be ideal.
- This isn’t a traditional influencer marketing role.
- We want to build a network of hundreds and eventually thousands of creators launching trips around the world through our platform.
- You’ll be one of the first people building that network, with the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the division scales.
- We are hiring 100 staff across multiple brands. (Hence all the indeed job ads) This means once in a lifetime opportunity to staff who are keen to progress their career growth.
Pay: €30,000\.00\-€50,000\.00 per year
