General Manager
The Knockerdown Inn are seeking an experienced General Manager to join the team!
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead a great team and you're not afraid to get stuck in then this could be for you! We are an independently owned bar \& restaurant with multiple sites and progression within the company is always something that we look to offer.
As a manager, you will:
Support your team
Deliver safe, consistent, high\-quality experiences for our guests and lead by example to the rest of the team.
Lead and develop FOH team members
Train and support, build relationships with colleagues
Support the General Manager with operations
Stock control, deliveries, ordering, problem solving, compliance.
Targets
Scheduling \- keeping costs down when necessary and looking to help with ideas to generate more customer satisfaction and custom.
Social Media \- are you able to think of nice images and content for our facebook page and Instagram page? Helping to catch the eye of more potential customers?
Please note: this is a very busy site and this is not a desk job. Our managers are all very hands on. We are very lucky to have a fabulous team who all work very hard, with a great bunch who have also been here for a very long time.
