We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant \& Bar Supervisor to join our team — someone who is committed to delivering personalised service, going the extra mile, and creating those special “surprise and delight” moments that make a stay truly unforgettable. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant and bar while inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional service with warmth and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for:
- Supervise and support the restaurant and bar team to deliver excellent service
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and stock management
- Support management in achieving financial and operational targets
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
- A hands\-on leader with previous experience in events or banqueting management within hospitality.
- Someone passionate about people — both guests and team members.
- Strong organisational skills and a positive, can\-do attitude.
- A creative thinker who loves to go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests.
