As Restaurant \& Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, thoughtful service across our restaurant and bar operations. You’ll lead by example on the floor, supporting the team to create memorable guest experiences through warmth, consistency, and attention to detail.
You’ll also work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations and help drive both guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and supporting the restaurant and bar team to deliver exceptional service
- Coaching, training, and developing team members
- Overseeing daily operations including opening, closing, and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Supporting the achievement of operational and financial targets
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within food \& beverage or hospitality
- A hands\-on leader who leads with energy, care, and consistency
- A passion for people — both guests and team members
- Strong organisation skills and a proactive, positive mindset
- A natural ability to create “surprise and delight” moments for guests
