Role Overview:

We are looking for a young, creative and social\-first Content Creator \& Video Editor to join our in\-house team.

This role is perfect for somebody obsessed with TikTok, Reels, trends, beauty and storytelling — somebody who naturally creates content in their everyday life and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You will work across our brands including SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold and Bahama Body creating engaging, fast\-paced and visually exciting content for social media.

Role Responsibilities:

• Filming TikToks, Reels and BTS content daily


• Editing short\-form content for Instagram \& TikTok


• Attending shoots, events and brand trips capturing content live


• Creating trend\-led, reactive content quickly


• Working closely with marketing and social teams on campaigns


• Helping bring product launches to life through video content


• Capturing founder\-led and behind\-the\-scenes moments


• Brainstorming fresh ideas weekly


• Assisting with influencer/social content when needed


• Organising footage and keeping content libraries updated

What we are looking for:

• Somebody naturally creative with a strong eye for content


• Passionate about beauty, fashion and social media


• Skilled at editing on CapCut, TikTok, InShot or Adobe Premiere


• Understands current TikTok and Instagram trends


• Fast\-paced, proactive and highly organised


• Comfortable filming on iPhone and creating content quickly


• Strong understanding of viral hooks, transitions and storytelling


• Confident working in a busy, high\-energy environment


• A portfolio or examples of previousi content is essential

Bonus if you...

• Already create content personally


• Have experience in beauty/fashion content


• Understand influencer\-style editing and luxury aesthetics


• Can shoot photography as well as video
