Boutique Clinic Coordinator / Front of House Assistant

Job Overview
We are looking for a warm, organised, and personable individual to assist on consultation days at the clinic. This is a patient\-facing role focused on creating a calm, welcoming, and professional experience for patients visiting the clinic.

This position would suit someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working within a premium healthcare or aesthetic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients upon arrival


• Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere


• Offering refreshments and assisting with patient comfort


• Coordinating consultation flow and appointment timings


• Assisting with basic administrative tasks and patient forms


• Handling occasional phone/email communication


• Supporting the overall smooth running of consultation days

The ideal candidate:

• Friendly, calm, and emotionally intelligent


• Well presented and professional


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable interacting with patients in a sensitive healthcare setting


• Strong communication skills


• Reliable and punctual


• Interest in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, or healthcare is beneficial

Role details:

• Ad\-hoc / flexible shifts based around consultation days


• Typically weekday daytime hours


• Richmond, London location


• Potential for role expansion as the clinic grows
