Southern Tyreco limited\-T/A Setyres are a family run company and have been established for over sixty years. We are predominately based in the South East of England and have a variety of wholesale, retail and commercial depots throughout the region.

Role Description

This is a full\-time on\-site role as a Wholesale Manager at Setyres located in Tunbridge Wells. As a Wholesale Manager will be responsible for managing all wholesale operations, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining client relationships and sales to other garages.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a wholesale or sales management role

  • Tyre knowledge is essential for this role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Experience managing and analysing inventory levels

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast\-paced environment

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all wholesale operations

Experience

Due to the nature of the role and the responsibilities involved, Previous experience in a sales role within the tyre trade is a necessity. This position requires a detail\-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
