Sales Executive

Johnsons Leisure Limited is one of the UK’s largest independent retailers of premium outdoor living products, including garden rooms, composite decking, and indoor and outdoor saunas.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our unique display village at Polhill Garden Centre, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 7AD.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engaging directly with customers, generating interest and guiding them through the sales journey


• Building rapport and delivering a high\-quality, consultative sales experience


• Supporting the Branch Manager with day\-to\-day sales activity and branch performance

What we’re looking for:

• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills


• Proven customer\-facing experience (sales experience advantageous but not essential)


• Self\-motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude


• Good IT and organisational skills


• Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed

What we offer:

• Base Salary: £28,500


• Uncapped commission \- realistic £35,000 \- £40,000 On\-Target Earnings (OTE)
