Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics and Warehouse team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead day\-to\-day warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective warehouse operations while supporting business objectives and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and cross\-functional teams to oversee material movements, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational performance are achieved.

The successful candidate will spend time both on the warehouse floor and in an office environment, ensuring operational activities are effectively coordinated, monitored, and reported.

Pay \& Benefits:

• £17\.06 per hour, 40 hours per week


• Monday \- Friday, 8am\-5pm as core hours of the business


• Quarterly bonus scheme of up to £300 per quarter!

• Support and oversee the day\-to\-day warehouse operations.


• Lead and coordinate material movements to ensure efficient workflow and on\-time delivery.


• Assign tasks and supervise team members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.


• Train, support, and develop employees to maintain high performance standards.


• Monitor warehouse performance and report on key issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.


• Maintain accurate paperwork, electronic records, and reports relating to stock, goods movements, and despatch.


• Work closely with management and other departments to coordinate warehouse activities and support business objectives.


• Identify and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.


• Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.


• Manufacturing environment experience is essential.


• Valid forklift licence and relevant driving experience.


• Strong computer literacy, with confidence using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience preparing reports, analysing operational information, and maintaining accurate records.


• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.


• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
