About the Role

Drink Botanicals Ireland is looking for a dependable and hardworking Temporary Warehouse \& Production Assistant to join our team in Dublin 12 for the busy Q4 and Christmas period.

We are a growing Irish business specialising in premium dried fruit garnishes and natural syrups. Our products are supplied to retailers, hotels, hospitality businesses and drinks distributors across Ireland and to customers in international markets including the UK, Europe and North America.

This is a full\-time temporary position, starting as soon as possible and running until 18 December 2026, before Christmas.

The role will suit someone who enjoys practical, hands\-on work and is comfortable working as part of a busy team. You will support a range of warehouse, packing and production activities, helping us keep orders moving efficiently during one of our busiest periods of the year.

There may also be an opportunity to continue working with the company after Christmas, depending on business requirements, performance and the availability of ongoing work.

The Role

The successful candidate will work across our warehouse and production operations. Day\-to\-day work will include preparing orders, packing products, handling stock and providing general assistance to the production team.

The role is varied and practical, so a willingness to help across different areas of the business is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking products and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

  • Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are accurate.

  • Packing finished products securely and neatly.

  • Applying labels and preparing parcels for delivery.

  • Carrying out basic quality checks on products and completed orders.

  • Receiving, organising and moving stock within the warehouse.

  • Assisting with stock rotation and keeping storage areas organised.

  • Supporting the production team with day\-to\-day tasks.

  • Helping prepare fruit and other ingredients for production.

  • Assisting with the preparation and drying of dehydrated fruit.

  • Ensuring finished products are packed correctly and securely.

  • Keeping warehouse, production and packing areas clean and tidy.

  • Moving boxes, ingredients and finished stock safely around the facility.

  • Following company procedures for workplace health and safety.

  • Following appropriate food handling and hygiene practices.

  • Working efficiently to help meet customer order deadlines.

  • Assisting with other reasonable warehouse and production duties as required.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in warehousing, packing, food production, fulfilment, logistics or a similar environment would be an advantage, but it is not essential as training will be provided.

We're looking for someone who:
