Location: Cradley Heath, B64 5RE
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum DOE \+ performance bonus
Hours: 40–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday – no weekends
Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent

NCF Living is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our brand\-new depot in Cradley Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day\-to\-day warehouse operation, lead the team and help establish high standards from the outset.

We’re looking for a strong, hands\-on people manager with high levels of integrity and accountability. You must be confident managing performance, addressing issues directly and having difficult conversations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day\-to\-day running of the warehouse, including goods\-in, picking, loading, dispatch and stock control.


• Lead, manage and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.


• Manage attendance, holidays, rotas and performance issues.


• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of containers and delivery vehicles.


• Maintain accurate stock levels and investigate damages, discrepancies and errors.


• Ensure warehouse space and stock are managed effectively using the WMS.


• Maintain high standards of health \& safety, housekeeping and compliance.


• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and efficiency.


• Work closely with Transport, Logistics, Admin and other departments to ensure a smooth operation.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Warehouse Management role.


• Strong people management and leadership skills are essential.


• High levels of integrity, honesty and accountability.


• Confident dealing with confrontation, managing poor performance and having difficult conversations.


• Hands\-on management style with a can\-do attitude.


• Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Good knowledge of manual handling and warehouse health \& safety.


• Strong organisation, communication and problem\-solving skills.


• Experience within furniture, bulky goods or home delivery would be an advantage.

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
