Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Marketing Manager.

As one of the leading dental practice groups in the UK, we are continuing to grow and are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to develop their career within a successful and fast\-paced business.

This is a varied and hands\-on role where you will support the Marketing Manager with the day\-to\-day running of our marketing activities, lead management and customer enquiries.

The Role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Marketing Manager with day\-to\-day marketing activities


• Create and schedule social media posts


• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns


• Create and update marketing content, including posts, emails, flyers, and promotional materials


• Manage and update social media accounts


• Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic enquiries


• Assist with email marketing and newsletters


• Carry out market and competitor research


• Collect and organise marketing data and customer feedback


• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports


• Update the company website and online listings where required


• Help organise events, promotions, and marketing activities


• Liaise with suppliers, designers, printers, and other external contacts


• Maintain marketing files, databases, and content calendars


• Keep up to date with social media, marketing, and industry trends


• Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Marketing Manager


• Support the Marketing Manager with new campaigns, projects, and ideas

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organised and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in marketing.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience working in a marketing role or a relevant marketing qualification


• A genuine interest in marketing, social media and lead generation


• A creative mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Good organisation and time\-management skills


• A confident and professional telephone manner


• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


• Good IT skills


• A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
