We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Logistics Operative to join our operations team and support all aspects of warehouse activity. You’ll be hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment, working across goods in, pick and pack, despatch, stock inventory, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and high standards in every task.

Overall Purpose of the Job
- To provide an excellent standard of service to both our external and internal customers with all aspects of warehouse activity including; goods in, pick and pack, despatch, stock organisation and distribution.
- To provide excellent standards of service to internal customers in order to support all project related activity, and RMA requirements.
- To work closely with the operations team with all aspects of warehouse activity which includes; goods in, pick and pack, despatch, stock inventory and distribution
- Work proactively and effectively in a changing environment, prioritising workload and carrying out key tasks accurately
- Work to deadlines providing ongoing communication to peers when obstacles arise
- Accurate and clear communication of data required
- Regular interface with Technical, Operations and Sales teams supporting Project and RMA activities
- Provide full attention to detail in order to ensure that work flow activity is delivered on time and accurate
- Provide constructive feedback and proactively make recommendations for improvements in ways of working
- Provide support to the Repairs team, helping to resolve and close technical support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries and outcomes, escalating appropriately.
- Maintain strong product knowledge; researching new products and technologies.
Essential
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GSCE English and Maths required)
- Good standard of IT literacy
- Previous B2B warehouse experience in IT related industry
- Fork Lift Licence
- Determination to succeed
