Your Purpose
You will support the maintenance and development of the investment model used to forecast and appraise the performance of prospective hotel developments, while preparing detailed financial appraisals and investment papers for proposed hotel schemes, including data analysis and recommendations for presentation to the Investment Board for approval.
You will also support the Travelodge team of internal and external development agents in the provision of financial analysis and market performance used to prioritise development targets and determine the financial viability of proposed deals.
In addition, you will assist in post\-completion performance reviews of new hotel openings alongside the Head of Investments and Senior Investment Analyst and partner with Development Managers to support and challenge investment decisions.
Your Strengths
You will be a driven self\-starter who is highly organised and has the ability to work across all levels of the business effectively. You’ll have the ability to work in a fast paced environment taking control of your own workload and managing competing priorities, with tasks arising from a variety of sources with frequent tight deadlines.
In addition you will be able to work as part of a team to ensure that all work is done on time and meets the requirements of the business. You will also be working towards ACA/CIMA/ACCA.
