Trainee Operations Manager

As a Trainee Operations Manager, you'll be working at the heart of the business — supporting the people, processes, and plans that keep everything moving. From day one, you'll be contributing to real work, not sitting in the background.

What the role involves:

\- Supporting the management of client accounts and the internal teams behind them

\- Assisting with scheduling, resource planning, and day\-to\-day workflow management

\- Tracking KPIs and performance targets, and helping identify where improvements can be made

\- Working alongside team leaders to drive productivity and maintain service standards

\- Coordinating communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal departments

\- Spotting inefficiencies and bringing forward practical solutions

\- Producing reports, analysing operational data, and supporting project coordination

\- Getting involved across both customer service and sales operations as the business needs

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone organised, switched\-on and genuinely motivated to build a career in operations. Strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a proactive approach to work will take you a long way here.

Any background in customer service, sales, administration, or a similar fast\-paced environment is a plus, but your attitude and ambition matter more than your experience.

This role is well suited to recent graduates, career starters, or anyone looking to make a meaningful move into business management.
