We have an opening for an engineer/driver/workshop operative to join on our growing business.

We renovate AGA range cookers and supply parts to the trade so this role is extremely varied. It will involve assisting with installations and removals on site, preparing parts and orders in the workshop, shot blasting, making deliveries and collections and general engineering tasks.

Full training will be given but some engineering background would be beneficial.

Own vehicle to get to our premises essential, a van would be provided for use during the working day.

Involves heavy lifting of cast iron parts.

Typical Hours Monday to Friday 7\.30AM to 5PM plus overtime.

We cover all of the UK so we do have early starts and late finishes.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Altrincham, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Altrincham
