Account Manager - Digital Marketing

We are looking to strengthen our digital marketing team with a Lead Generation Account Manager. We're looking for someone to successfully onboard and manage clients in the PPC Lead Generation Trial Service, with the primary objective of converting them into long\-term recurring revenue customers.
What to expect as a Lead Generation Account Manager?
- Drive sustained growth via Trial Conversions
- Conduct strategic onboarding calls to understand client goals, expectations, and business context.
- Advise on budget spend for paid search across all search engines
- Lead mid\-campaign progress review calls and strategic roadmap reviews to demonstrate ROI, educate clients, and build toward conversion.
- Improve initial performance of PPC campaigns throughout the learning period.
- Clearly articulate the value delivered during the trial and position the benefits of ongoing PPC services.
- Uses time management techniques and skills to manage own workload
- Strong client\-facing communication and relationship\-building skills
- Commercial acumen with ability to convert Trials
- Comfortable leading client calls and explaining digital performance metrics
