Location: Beverley, East Yorkshire – office based
Contract: Temporary, approximately 3–4 months / until Christmas

Deluxebase is looking for a capable Graphic Artworker / Graphic Designer to provide temporary support to our in\-house creative team during a particularly busy period.
The main focus of the role will be preparing artwork for customised products, using customer\-supplied logos, branding and artwork and adapting these to our existing product templates and layouts.
The role will also support our wider creative workload, including product and packaging artwork, catalogues, sales materials and other print\-ready design work.
This could suit an experienced designer or artworker looking for flexible part\-time work, including school\-hours or a small number of days each week.
We are flexible about the exact working pattern and are more interested in finding someone who can quickly provide reliable, accurate artwork support.
Main responsibilities
- Setting customer logos, branding and artwork onto existing customised\-product templates.
- Adapting customer\-supplied artwork to fit different product shapes, sizes and print areas.
- Creating customer proofs and presentation artwork for approval.
- Making artwork amendments following customer or internal feedback.
- Preparing and amending product and packaging artwork.
- Updating catalogues, sales materials and promotional artwork.
- Preparing accurate print\-ready artwork.
- Working from existing templates, brand guidelines and approved layouts.
- Image editing and basic retouching.
- Checking artwork carefully for size, positioning, resolution and general accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate file naming and version control.
- Supporting the in\-house creative team with general artwork workload.
We are looking for someone with:
- Good Adobe Illustrator skills.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
- Confidence handling customer logos, supplied artwork and vector files.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience preparing artwork for print.
- The ability to work accurately from templates and customer briefs.
- Good organisation and file\-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple artwork jobs and revisions at the same time.
Working pattern
We are happy to consider a variety of arrangements, for example:
- 2–4 days per week;
- school\-hours;
- shorter working days across more days;
- approximately 15–30 hours per week;
- other flexible arrangements by agreement.
Immediate or short\-notice availability would be particularly helpful.
Pay: From £12\.81 per hour
