TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14\-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

About the role
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will play a key role in helping learners with additional needs and disabilities thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll provide tailored support, adapt learning resources and encourage learners to develop confidence, independence and achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference every day within a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
You'll support learners both in and outside of the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes. The role also offers variety, with opportunities to collaborate with tutors, parents, employers and external agencies while contributing to a culture that values inclusion, wellbeing and learner success.
About the person
We are looking for a caring, patient and learner\-focused individual who is passionate about supporting others to succeed. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues and external partners. Organised, professional and committed to inclusion, you'll be motivated by helping every learner overcome barriers and reach their goals.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently as well as part of a wider team, bringing enthusiasm, empathy and resilience to everything they do. Whether you already have experience supporting learners with additional needs or are looking to further develop your skills in an educational setting, you'll share our commitment to creating opportunities that empower every learner to achieve their best.
