We are Abandoned Storage Auctions, One of the fastest growing Auction Platforms in the UK. If you've seen the TV show Storage Wars then you'll have a good idea how our business works.
We are looking for a telesales executive who is happy to work independently and grow their own pipeline. You will be calling storage businesses across the UK with a view of them using our services which include, debt recovery, sales of goods from none paying customers, and discussing the services our recycling centre offers.
Options to work from home after the first 3 month in the business.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telesales professional to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients via telephone, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a vibrant organisation. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish language skills considered a distinct advantage. The position involves working with CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities.
- Promote and explain our products and services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions within CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and up\-to\-date information.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous contacts to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base.
- Handle customer queries professionally, providing excellent service and support during calls.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, with a professional attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales roles will be advantageous but is not essential. This position provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to enhance their sales expertise while contributing to the growth of our organisation.
