Tele Sales Executive

We're looking for confident, enthusiastic people to join our growing telesales team in Cowbridge.

As a Telesales Lead Generator, you'll speak with customers over the phone, build rapport, ask a series of qualifying questions about their existing insurance policies, and transfer suitable customers directly to one of our in house advisers.

This is not a cold selling role. Your job is to identify customers who could benefit from speaking with one of our advisers and seamlessly introduce them to the next stage of the process.

Full training is provided, so previous experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers


• Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience


• Asking qualifying questions about existing insurance policies


• Identifying customers who meet our criteria


• Transferring qualified customers to our in house advisers


• Updating customer records accurately


• Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets

• Excellent communication and listening skills


• A confident and friendly telephone manner


• Positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Good computer skills


• Ability to work well as part of a team


• Previous telesales, call centre or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
