The Duke of Wellington is a grade 11 listed building in the centre of Cowbridge.

We have 2 function rooms, bar \& 78 cover restaurant.

We are looking supervisor with experience working in high\-quality F\&B operations, which could be within hotels, Restaurants, or other Catering businesses.

We are looking for a person with energy and a passion for food and drink.

This is a hands\-on and customer\-facing role, and so we are keen to find someone with a warm, friendly, and professional outlook.

The successful candidate will understand what it means to oversee a FOH team that can consistently deliver excellent customer service experience.

Full development program available for the right person.

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
