Great house Pharmacy has a fantastic opportunity for IP Pharmacist to join our team.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player who is a detailed oriented person working methodically and accurately. In addition, you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in leading a team in the dispensary
- Delivering a range of professional IP pharmacy services, such as Flu vaccinations, Travel Vaccinations and other clinical services.
- Being proactive and building relationships with the patients and the community.
As a an IP Pharmacist, you will be required to work in the dispensary leading a team in providing efficient and services in line with company policies and procedures. Whilst always maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, enhancing the success of the pharmacy.
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help us change for the better. In addition you will:
- Be registered with pharmacy regulator such as the GPhC.
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise for patients, customers and external local professionals
- Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
- Be collaborative with a team\-centered approach
- Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
- Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
Responsible for reviewing prescriptions, organising the pharmacy, delivering and labeling medications, and providing information and advice to patients. They ensure safe medication use, monitor patient history, and stay updated on advancements in medicines and services.
- Provide expert healthcare with a leading role in the clinical interactions with patients and in the decisions surrounding the patient.
- To ensure customer prescriptions are received and dispensed in a timely manner
- To reduce owings by managing the optimum stock levels
- To fully comply with SOPs to ensure patient safety
- To support and proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue by actively promoting Private and NHS services to meet customer needs, maintain and grow profitability of the pharmacy
- Opportunities to lead and drive new pharmacy services
- Opportunities to train and develop within community pharmacy.
