The Role
We are looking for a Support Delivery Engineer to play a pivotal role across our Technical Support and Service Delivery functions.
This role sits at the centre of delivery — ensuring all customer support activity, project implementation tasks, and internal processes are completed properly, on time, and to a consistently high standard.
You will support the Technical Support Desk, manage SLA performance, and work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure everything we deliver is structured, controlled, and right first time.
This is not just a support role — it’s a role for someone who takes ownership, drives standards, and supports the wider team to deliver consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Support \& SLA Ownership
· Supporting the day\-to\-day running of the Technical Support Desk
· Managing Zoho Desk tickets in line with SLAs
· Prioritising and coordinating tickets effectively
· Ensuring clear, professional communication with customers
Team Support \& Coordination
· Supporting and coordinating a small team of Technical Support Engineers
· Ensuring tasks are clearly allocated and completed on time
· Maintaining visibility across workload and priorities
· Providing structure and support to the team
Service Delivery Support
· Supporting the Service Delivery Manager with project implementation
· Ensuring all internal tasks are completed to the correct standard
· Acting as the link between support and delivery
· Maintaining consistency across all delivery activity
Systems, Process \& Control
· Maintaining accuracy across Zoho Desk, CRM, and ERP systems
· Ensuring all work is tracked, recorded, and visible
· Supporting strong processes and structured delivery
· Helping improve how we operate as a business
Customer Experience \& Standards
· Ensuring all work meets customer expectations
· Maintaining a right\-first\-time approach
· Supporting a consistent, high\-quality customer experience
· Upholding standards across all areas of delivery
What We’re Looking For
Essential
· Experience in a technical support or service delivery role
· Experience working with ticketing systems and SLAs
· Strong organisation and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· Confident communicator and team player
· Takes ownership and delivers consistently
Desirable
· Experience within access control or security systems
· Exposure to ERP / CRM / Zoho environments
· Experience supporting project delivery
