Supervisor – The Tower Arms Hotel, Iver
The Tower Arms Hotel in Richings Park, Iver is looking for a reliable and confident Supervisor to join our team.
We are a busy independent pub and hotel with 18 bedrooms, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a lively bar trade. We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well with people and is comfortable taking responsibility for the smooth running of shifts.
The role will include:
- Supervising the bar and restaurant during shifts
- Supporting and motivating the team
- Delivering friendly, professional customer service
- Opening and closing the business when required
- Handling cash and completing end\-of\-shift procedures
- Dealing confidently with guest enquiries and any issues that arise
- Supporting hotel check\-ins and general hotel operations
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
- Working closely with the General Manager to keep the business running smoothly
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, approachable and able to remain calm during busy services. You must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as part of the rota.
