Assistant Manager (Live\-In) – Tower Arms Hotel, Iver

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Assistant Manager to join the team at the Tower Arms Hotel in Iver.

This is a hands\-on role in a busy pub with 18 hotel rooms, so no two days are ever the same. You’ll be helping oversee the day\-to\-day running of the business, supporting the management team, and making sure customers receive a warm welcome whether they’re visiting for a pint, a meal or an overnight stay.

The Role Includes:

• Assisting with the daily running of the pub and hotel


• Managing shifts and supporting staff


• Delivering excellent customer service


• Helping with hotel check\-ins and guest enquiries


• Maintaining high standards throughout the business


• Opening and closing duties


• Supporting with stock control and general operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience preferred


• A positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Someone organised, flexible and calm under pressure


• Good people skills and a sense of humour


• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
