Job Title: SuccessFactors Core HR \& Data Lead

Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Working Hours: Full\-time preferred; 4 days per week is negotiable

About the Role

Performs operational activities based on achieving operational objectives within the own job area. Has theoretical knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors, HR processes and HR data. Activities require analysis and alignment with HR stakeholders and others within the job area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Day2Day SuccessFactors data and process execution for Learning, Succession, Talent, Performance and Compensation

Monitor Day2Day SuccessFactors Admin Centre and Position Mgmt

Provide SuccessFactors system, process and data functional expertise to HR stakeholders and translate requirements into clear instructions for the AMS Infosys

Maintain and enrich our Caldic HR Functional SuccessFactors workbook that supports our SuccessFactors performance and changes by leveraging the Config Workbooks e.g. link data fields with processes and x\-module

Deliver SuccessFactors improvements e.g. RBP, Workflow, data fields, reports and integration

Coordinate SuccessFactors incidents and changes

Monitor SuccessFactors Tickets and drive ticket prioritization and resolution

Monitor the HR Reporting Catalogue and develop new SuccessFactors reports or adjust existing reports, to meet business requirements

Execute Data Quality checks through SQL and facilitate the Data Quality process with local\-regional HR admins

Manage the Data provisioning process to Caldic’s Global Data Platform

Run X\-functional data analysis and actively resolve issues in SuccessFactors

Contribute to X\-functional Data projects

Produce HR reports via SQL and Power BI e.g. Annual report or ESG

Skills

Analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and system issues into clear insights and solutions.

Functional understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Data\-driven mindset with advanced SQL skills and the ability to work with HR data and reporting.

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with HR stakeholders and external AMS partners.

Good prioritization and coordination skills, with the ability to manage incidents, changes and tickets while keeping day\-to\-day operations running.

Change\-minded and improvement\-oriented, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in SuccessFactors, data and reporting.

High attention to data quality, accuracy and timely execution.

Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organization.

Job Requirements

3\+ years of hands\-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Functional expertise in SuccessFactors Core HR, particularly Employee Central, Time\-Off and Reporting.

Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning, Succession, Talent, Performance and Compensation.

Advanced SQL skills and experience with HR data analysis and data quality checks.

Experience with Power BI and HR reporting.

Experience translating business requirements into SuccessFactors system solutions and clear functional requirements or instructions.

Experience coordinating SuccessFactors incidents, changes and tickets.

Experience working with HR stakeholders, HR administration and cross\-functional data initiatives.

Experience with data provisioning and/or HR data platforms.

Experience in project management and working in an international, matrix organization.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience with SuccessFactors, Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synity is relevant.
