The role
Leadership \& People Development
- Lead from the front, setting the standard for exceptional service and brand representation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high\-performing team through regular 1\-to\-1s, clear feedback, and meaningful recognition.
- Ensure all new team members complete comprehensive onboarding and are trained to Dylan Oaks standards.
- Create a positive, empowering environment where individuals feel supported, inspired, and motivated to grow.
- Partner closely with the Retail Operations Team to implement local business strategies and consistently exceed performance targets.
- Participate in weekly Store Manager forums, sharing insights, analysing performance, and driving action plans.
- Deliver store rotas on time and within budget, balancing commercial needs with team wellbeing.
- Maintain robust operational standards, including cash handling, inventory control, and store reporting.
- Champion an unforgettable, luxury\-led customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Inspire your team to deliver personalised, customer\-centric service that drives conversion and loyalty.
- Implement customer\-led sales strategies to maximise opportunities and consistently achieve targets.
- Build meaningful connections within the local community through curated in\-store events and experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving awareness, engagement, and emotional connection to Dylan Oaks.
- Ensure the store environment consistently reflects Dylan Oaks’ premium aesthetic and brand vision.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards through strong leadership and attention to detail.
About you
- Previous management experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred
- A natural leader who inspires entrepreneurial thinking and drives exceptional results through people.
- Commercially curious, always seeking smarter, more effective ways of working.
- Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, communication, and motivation.
- Confident decision\-maker with excellent problem\-solving skills.

Pay: €34,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
