One Stop Sandyford are seeking a dynamic Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment. Hours:
20 hours
3 months probation
Duties:
\- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
\- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
\- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
\- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
\- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
\- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
\- Stay up\-to\-date on product knowledge and promotions
\- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
\- Effective communicate with store manager to keep then informed
Qualifications:
\- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
\- Basic maths and literacy skills for handling transactions
\- Candidate needs to be age 18 or over due to handling alcohol, tobacco \& lottery products
\- Full flexibility required as store opening times are 5\.45am \- 10:00pm
