Staff Nurse

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities


• Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, following established protocols


• Assist medical staff with procedures and treatments as required


• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations


• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post\-discharge care


• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient areas


• Respond promptly to patient needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times


• Adhere to infection control policies and maintain strict hygiene standards

Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates


• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is advantageous


• Proven ability to administer medication safely and effectively


• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds


• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A recognised nursing qualification is essential, along with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Pay: £24,588\.81\-£41,027\.23 per year
