About Us

We are an established printing and promotional products company looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Assistant to help increase our online presence, engage with customers, and generate leads through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.


• Design eye\-catching graphics, reels, and short\-form videos.


• Manage and grow social media accounts through regular posting and engagement.


• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a professional manner.


• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.


• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.


• Track and report on social media performance and campaign results.


• Help develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business.


• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.


• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Creative mindset with attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.


• Experience with paid social media advertising is advantageous.

Desired Skills

• Graphic design experience.


• Photography and video editing skills.


• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.


• Experience in the printing, promotional products, or e\-commerce industry is a bonus.
