Empire House Dental is relocating to a brand new, purpose\-built mixed NHS/Private facility at 157 Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury WF13 2RP. We are looking for an experienced Dental Practice Administrator / Manager to join us from day one.

This is a full\-time, on\-site role leading the day\-to\-day operations of a modern 2\-surgery practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team leadership, managing receptionists, dental nurses, and coordinating with associate dentists

  • Financial performance, chair utilisation, FTA reduction, and budget management

  • Compliance and governance, CQC, HTM 01\-05, GDPR, and audits

  • Patient relations, complaints handling, scheduling, and daily operations

  • Auditing and managing staff performance

  • Setting up systems and protocols for smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For
  • Proven dental practice management experience

  • Strong knowledge of CQC and NHS/private compliance

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Based within 30 minutes of Dewsbury

Pay: From £18\.00 per hour
