Carlton Leisure is a growing travel company working across multiple brands within the industry. We help customers discover the world through tailored travel experiences, strong partnerships, and creative marketing. We are now looking for a proactive Social Media \& Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activity across Carlton Leisure and at times other industry brands.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone creative, organised, and passionate about digital marketing. You will support content creation, manage social media channels, assist with website updates, and help build partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, and Middle Eastern organisations. You will also contribute to marketing campaigns across our wider industry brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media channels, including scheduling, trend monitoring, and community engagement
- Support marketing activity across Carlton Leisure and additional industry brands
- Assist with website updates, blogs, banners, and destination pages
- Build and maintain partnerships with tourism boards, airlines, and travel organisations
- Assist with travel proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital strategy
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling
- Experience using modern marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, scheduling tools)
- Ability to work across multiple brands and adapt tone and style
- Interest in travel, aviation, and global culture
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: £23,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
